Just to qualify to enter the PADI Divemaster course is an accomplishment.

As the entry to professional levels in diver training, the Divemaster Course plays a pivotal role within the PADI System of diver education. Those who join the Divemaster ranks will assist Instructors with training student divers. The Divemaster can supervise diving activities for certified divers, snorkelers and skindivers.

As a Divemaster you will become a role model, mastering dive leadership through a comprehensive classroom and independent study program, completing water skills and stamina exercises in confined and open water. You will complete training exercises to test organizational and problem solving abilities as well as participate in an apprenticeship/mentoring program.

As an entry level dive professional you can strongly influence the safety and fun divers enjoy during their training and diving. At the same time, you can be looking ahead to becoming an Assistant Instructor, and then Instructor.
