BUDDY Pocket Reel
|
The BUDDY Pocket Reel is constructed from durable polypropylene with a chromed brass centre spindle and is wound with 40m of floating line. Only 7.5cm in diameter by 5cm deep, this reel is the perfect solution to the problem of bulky / cumbersome SMB / Navigation reels. The dome-sided design sits comfortably in the palm of your hand and a simple press-release/auto-lock spring mechanism is ideally placed for thumb operation. The spring can be removed so that the thumb catch has a lock-on / click-off release action if preferred.

BUDDY SMBCi
|
The SMBCi, Surface Marker Buoy - Closed with Inflation Cylinder, features a 0.1 litre aluminum mini-cylinder mounted at the foot of the buoy. The mini-cylinder is easily replenished from your main cylinder and is small enough to fold inside the SMB to be stowed in a pocket or pouch. If you forget to fill the cylinder, the SMBCi can be inflated in the usual manner with your alternate air source. Simply attach a line or reel and you have either a superb decompression marker buoy or a standard surface marker. Upon reaching the surface, the SMBCi stays inflated so it can easily be seen by all boat traffic. There is also an over-pressure / dump valve preventing bursting and allows deflation after use.
